You will need:

  • Fabric (duh)

  • Scissors

  • Fabric marker/sharpie

  • Needle & thread

  • Stuffing (like cotton balls)

  • Paper & pencil OR printer

Start by either tracing or printing the attached pattern. You can adjust the size of your frog depending on how much fabric you have. My frog fit in the palm of my hand. Cut out your pattern.

Next, place your pattern on top of your fabric. I recommend putting it on the back and folding your fabric (if it’s thin enough). That way you can cut two pieces at once. Take your marker and trace the shape onto the fabric. (You may want to hold it in place with pins.) Cut out the shape twice.

You now have two, frog-like shapes. You want to put the outsides together and sew it mostly shut. Leave enough space to flip your frog inside out.Once your frog is inside out, you can take your cotton ball and stuff him. Since mine was so small, it took less than one cotton ball. Yours will probably take more.

Now that he's fat, it’s time to sew him shut. You want to be careful and try to make your stitching invisible. If your new at sewing, then simply leave the butt as the part to flip through and sew that closed. People are less likely to notice the butt.

And you're done! You can try to add eyes if you wish, I didn’t since they’re meant to be chocolate frogs. But be creative and have fun!
